Brian Rugg is a senior executive with an emphasis in sales, marketing, and extensive experience in general management, business development, market analysis and client satisfaction. Mr. Rugg is a 27-year veteran of a Fortune 200 company where he led three separate businesses as North American and European Sales Manager. He was founder and CEO of an internet services company driving a paradigm shift within the building industry, Senior Vice President at an innovative software provider in the new drug development / clinical trials industry, and President a unique building industry purchasing and marketing cooperative. Mr. Rugg is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, at Whitewater, the Graduate School of Sales and Marketing Management at Syracuse University, and the MIT/Sloan Greater Boston Executive Program.

Mr. Rugg has held positions as the COO and more recently the Executive VP Business Development at ERA Boston Real Estate Group, and has extensive knowledge of the Massachusetts real estate market. He has returned to "active duty" as Senior Sales and Marketing Specialist and holds active designations as an Accredited Buyers Representative , as well as an ERA Premier Agent, multi-year Ambassadors Circle winner and Boston Home Marketing Specialist. He serves the greater Boston area and all Boston neighborhoods with special emphasis on Back Bay, Beacon Hill, and the South End.
