Since the time he ran his own residential painting company in college to his career promoting ERA as the Director of Franchise Development in New England his goal has remained the same; delivering an exceptional consumer experience.

After significant success in sales roles in varied industries Rob found his home with ERA after joining Cendant Corporation. Since then, he has held several advancing sales positions inside Cendant and ERA Franchise Systems, until moving to the private sector by joining ERA Martin Surette Realty on Cape Cod in 2005. In just over two years he worked to help grow a good private real estate firm into a burgeoning marketplace powerhouse with 4th ranked transaction status and 5th ranked volume status for all of Barnstable County.

Now in Boston he looks to take advantage of the exciting and fast paced marketplace and help this already rapidly growing firm maximize its potential.
