Shannon Flett graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a B.S. in Hospitality Management and began her career with the Sheraton Back Bay Towers, the then largest hotel in Boston.

Shannon was born and raised in the Boston area and has lived in Allston/Brighton, Cambridge, Arlington and the South End, where she currently resides. She's the perfect source of information if you need to know what is unique about each Boston neighborhood and what each has to offer.

Shannon joined ERA Boston Real Estate with prior real estate experience, primarily as a leasing agent in the Back Bay/Fenway and South End market. Before branching out into Real Estate, Shannon worked as a Software Engineer in the Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry for over 5 years.

Shannon enjoys playing golf, running, tennis, sushi and meeting new people. She will go above and beyond what it takes to find you the home that you will love!
