Ted Renda

Ted Solomon Renda grew up in Revere, Massachusetts and attended both St. John's Prep and Revere High School. He was a three-sport all-scholastic athlete and an honor roll student. He was also vice president of his senior class, captain of his basketball team and a GBL All-Star. Ted was also actively involved in a plethora of clubs and associations and received several scholarships to attend college.

Ted went on to the University of Massachusetts Amherst where he played varsity football as a wide receiver. While at UMass, Ted was actively involved in the Sports Lawyers Association and served an internship at Woolf Associates in Boston where Ted was the On-Site Event Coordinator and was responsible for event management, coordination & execution of the Stop & Shop Rockin' Soccer Festival. Ted also assisted with marketing, promotions, sponsorship, media and athlete & community relations. In 2000, Ted graduated #1 in his class with a bachelor's degree in Sports Law from his participation in the Sports Management & Legal Studies Departments.

Ted then attended New England School of Law and was a dean's list student. While in law school and in addition to bartending full time, Ted served a judicial clerkship at the Malden District Court, an internship at the Cambridge Consumers' Council of the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office and also worked as a paralegal/assistant for a real estate attorney on the North Shore. He was one of two members of the law school's Negotiation Competition Team, which won the regional rounds in New York City and went on to place fourth at the national competition which was held at the American Bar Association's midyear meeting in Seattle. He was also secretary of the Entertainment & Sports Law Organization. Ted's studies focused on negotiation, intellectual property, alternative dispute resolution and property law. Ted received a Juris Doctor degree in 2004.

After graduation Ted moved to New York City where he lived in Manhattan and worked for 2 years. Ted moved back to Boston in 2006 and worked for a national sports marketing company as a sales manager providing direct promotional and sales support. In the capacity of his employment, Ted represented several Fortune 500 companies including the Boston Celtics.

Ted is currently a real estate agent at the Boston Real Estate Group and has 10 years of experience in various aspects of real estate, ranging from sales to mortgages and closings and is still actively involved in sales as a Senior Mortgage Consultant at Reliant Mortgage Company. Ted is also the Managing Partner & Director of Sales for 360 Sports Systems, LLC. Ted resides on Revere Beach with his boxer Jada and enjoys snowboarding, traveling and athletics in his free time.
